General repairs

You can request a housing repair through your Housing Online Account using the link below.

It only takes a few minutes to sign up, tell us about the repair, and let us know when you are available. We will then be in touch, by email, with an appointment.

Timescales

  • Emergency repairs: typically completed within 1 day.
  • Urgent repairs: typically completed within 5 days.
  • Routine repairs: typically completed within 20 days.

Reporting repairs

When reporting a repair, whether routine or an emergency, please let us know if you or any member of your household is vulnerable due to age, disability or health condition. This information helps us modify our service to meet your needs effectively.

Emergency repairs

To report an emergency repair during normal working hours (9am to 5pm), contact our Customer Service Centre on 01438 242666. 

For emergency repairs outside of normal working hours, that pose an immediate risk or danger to the tenant or property, please call 01438 314963.
