Revenues and Benefits online services

You can set up a direct debit, report a change of address for Council Tax, search for a council tax band and business rateable value online without signing up for an account

Sign-up and you will be able to view your payments, outstanding balance and correspondence online without the need to call the council. You can also go paperless and sign up for e-billing.

Housing online customer account

You can sign up for an online account to manage your housing, garage or leasehold account.

You will need a valid email address and your rent / charges account reference number to register. If you don't know your account reference number, you can make a request online for an account card.

Please note that this online customer account is not for Council Tax or Benefits.

Online balance and pay

No need to sign up to an account to get your account balance and make payments to your Council Tax, Housing rent, Business rates, Invoices (sundry debtors), Housing Benefit overpayments and Leaseholder charges. All you need is your account number.
