Stevenage Borough Council is participating in the Energy Company Obligation known as (ECO4) and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) in partnership with the National Energy Foundation.

Subject to eligibility, home energy efficiency measures could include:

• Boiler replacement
• Upgrading of inefficient heating
• Loft insulation
• Cavity wall/solid wall insulation
• Other improvements to better insulate homes.
