Repairs to Shared Areas

If you are a leaseholder or council tenant living in a flat block you can report repairs to shared areas through your Housing Online Account using the link below. It only takes a few minutes to sign up and tell us about the repair.

The service is extremely busy and it may take longer than usual to carry out routine repairs depending on the nature of the repair.

If you are aware that damage is being caused deliberately by an individual or group please include this information as this could lead to those people being charged with the cost of the repair.
