Water Meters

If you are a tenant of Stevenage Borough Council you may be able to have a water meter installed. Water meters are a great way to help make you more aware of how much water you use and put you in control of your bill.

If you choose to have a water meter installed, please contact your Income Officer. Once confirmation of the installation date has been provided by Affinity Water, the water charge will be removed from your rent account and you will be billed directly from the water company, it is then your responsibility to pay them direct.
