We are committed to creating an organisation that values customer involvement and meaningful opportunities to influence the delivery of our services.

As part of that commitment, we are asking tenants, their families, and healthcare professionals for feedback on potential changes to our current aids and adaptations policy.

Our aids and adaptations service is designed to support tenants that are living with a disability by making appropriate, and practical adjustments to their homes. These modifications help our vulnerable tenants to continue living independently in their homes.

This is your chance to have a say on the changes we are considering for this service. Please take a few minutes to fill out a short survey to help us improve the service and shape our policies in the future.

Please do not use this survey to report any issues you may have; these will not be registered anywhere. You should report any issues online via your housing online account.

Anything you share will be kept private and used only to help improve our services unless you choose to give your name and contact details at the end of the survey.

This consultation closes on Monday 9 December.
