Information
Lost chip coins
If you lose your chip coin you will need to pay the lost ticket / coin fee stated at the ticket machine. You will be issued a replacement chip coin and a receipt.
Refunds
If you find your 'lost' chip coin after leaving the car park, we may be able refund the fee paid minus the normal car parking charge.
To apply for a refund you will need to write to us enclosing the 'lost' chip coin, your receipt and your bank sort code and account number:
