Types of season ticket

Car park season tickets are issued monthly. There are three types of season tickets.

Please note - season tickets purchased for the Railway car parks are valid for use at Danesgate, Southgate, St George's Way Multi-storey, and Swingate.

Season tickets can be suspended for no more than 6 months for £36.

Buying a season ticket

Please contact the reconciliation team using the contact details below to purchase or renew a season ticket. You will also need to supply your car registration when applying for a season ticket.

Lost season tickets

If you lose your season ticket, you can get a replacement from the reconciliation team for £36.

Season tickets for the disabled

Annual season tickets are available to disabled persons who are resident in Stevenage and who have a 'blue badge' issued by the Social Services Department of Hertfordshire County Council.

Car park season tickets cost £54.50 per annum and are issued and renewed on 1 April each year.

The season ticket enables the holder to use any of the council's car parks within the town centre.

Information for season ticket holders

Use your season ticket for both entry and exit of car parks.

If you wish to surrender your car park season ticket, a refund is available for the unused period (full months only). For a refund, please contact the Reconciliation Team who will need your account number and sort code.
