Types of season ticket

Car park season tickets are issued monthly. There are three types of season tickets.

Please note - season tickets purchased for the Railway car parks are valid for use at Danesgate, Southgate, St George's Way Multi-Storey, Swingate, and Westgate.

Season tickets can be suspended for no more than 6 months for £36.

Buying a season ticket

Please contact the reconciliation team using the contact details below to purchase or renew a season ticket. You will also need to supply your car registration when applying for a season ticket.

After purchasing a season ticket, the ANPR cameras will allow both entry and exit to the car parks.

Season tickets for the disabled

Annual season tickets are available to disabled persons who are resident in Stevenage and who have a 'blue badge' issued by the Social Services Department of Hertfordshire County Council.

Car park season tickets cost £60 per annum and are issued and renewed on 1 April each year.

The season ticket enables the holder to use any of the council's car parks within the town centre.

Information for season ticket holders

The ANPR cameras will allow both entry and exit to the car parks, you don't need a physical season ticket.

If you wish to surrender your car park season ticket, a refund is available for the unused period (full months only). For a refund, please contact the Reconciliation Team who will need your account number and sort code.
