Annual leave entitlement is based on local government service plus bank holidays.

the entitlements are:

• 0-5 years - 25 days
• 5-10 years - 28 days
• 10+ years - 31 days

Annual leave purchase

We offer the opportunity to purchase additional leave twice a year. This scheme is designed to give employees increased flexibility in their work-life balance.
