Rail season tickets

Loans are available for the purchase of an annual or half-yearly rail season ticket to all permanent employees and those on a minimum 12-month fixed-term contract.

Cycle to work scheme

Employees can purchase a bike tax-free, saving on average about half the cost, for travel to work. More information is available at the Green Commute Initiative.

Pool bikes

For employees based at our Daneshill House and Cavendish Road sites, electric pool bikes are available.

Bus tickets

Through membership of the Arriva Employers Travel Club Employees can receive up 20% discount on monthly bus tickets.

10% discount is also available on Centre Bus season tickets.

SmartGo Stevenage

All Stevenage Borough Council staff are eligible to sign up for free to the SmartGo Stevenage scheme and access a wide range of discounts on buses, trains, bikes as well as wider ranging discounts such as 7.5% off in Halfords.
