We cannot be expected to know what is happening in all the properties we manage, so we greatly appreciate information from tenants.

If any tenant becomes aware of squatters in a property that they know should be vacant, perhaps where one tenant has moved out and another has not yet moved in, they should let us know.

The laws on squatting are quite complex and we cannot simply evict a person who is squatting. However, we will take action against a person who is squatting once it is brought to our attention.
