Parking permits and visitor vouchers are normally only available to residents who live at eligible addresses. They may also be provided to GPs and care companies supporting residents within permit areas.

Residential properties are eligible for parking permits and visitor vouchers in the associated Permit Parking Area as set out in the table below.
