Proposed relocation of Stevenage Indoor Market

With Stevenage Indoor Market turning 50 years old last year, the council has been working on plans to relocate the indoor market to a more attractive and sustainable location, with more passing footfall.

Moving to the vacant units of Park Place is under discussion and while nothing has been agreed yet, the council is committed to supporting the indoor market. If the right terms can be agreed on Park Place, the council believes the move would represent a great location for existing tenants and new traders to move into.
