Notice of publication of Statement of Licensing Policy - Licensing Act 2003

Notice is given that on 26 February 2025, in pursuance of section 5 of the Licensing Act 2003 and in accordance with The Licensing Act 2003, Stevenage Borough Council (the council) has approved a revised version of its statement of Licensing Policy, to be applied by the council in the exercise of its licensing functions under the Act.

The statement explains how the council will determine applications for licenses required under the Licensing Act 2003; these include premises licenses for alcohol, entertainment, and late-night refreshment.

The revised statement has been published and will take effect from 26 February 2025.
