We have had significant cuts to the funding we receive. For example, we received from government between 2010/11 and 2024/25 (£7.5million reduced to £3.7million) at the same time as having to fund inflationary pressure (price rises). This means we have to find savings every year to continue delivering and improving the services we provide for the borough.
