Moving on from Supported Living

We support those who are ready to leave the supported living environment and preparing to live independently.

As part of this support we will complete a ‘move on’ assessment to make sure individuals are ready to move on and have the correct support in place to manage their own tenancy.

Once they have moved into their accommodation, our Specialist Support Officers will continue this support for up to one year, throughout their introductory tenancy.

If ongoing support is required the Specialist Support Officer will continue to support them on our Tenancy Sustainment service.
