We have our dedicated team of responders on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  • There are no installation charges and no long-term contracts
  • If someone is concerned, we can come out to complete a welfare check*
  • We will follow up emergency call-outs with a visit to ensure you are coping if required*
  • If you already have an alarm by a different provider we can add our unique response service to the equipment you already have.

To set up a Care Connect 24/7 alarm, all you need is an electric socket, and we will do the rest.

Care Connect 24/7 operates two services, response and monitoring only. Our dedicated team can help you find which is the best fit for you or your loved one.

Adding our response service to the equipment you already have

If you already have equipment supplied by another provider, for just £4.10 a week you can have our team of Specialist Support Officers attend your emergency call 24 hours a day.
