Your Voice, Your Vision

Our tenants and leaseholders are best placed to tell us how we’re doing. At the moment, we’re looking to increase the engagement we already do, so everyone has the opportunity to work alongside us to help shape the housing services we provide.

To support this, we are working with the Tenants Participation Advisory Service (TPAS), who are speaking with tenants to find out about their experiences. So far this feedback has helped to set out an improvement plan which includes:

• A new approach to engagement setting out how we ‘engage, listen and act’.
• Finding out more about you so we can deliver a housing service to meet your needs.
• Introduction of tenant and leaseholder scrutiny groups to review and suggest improvements to the housing service we provide.
• A new communication plan outlining how we keep you updated.
• A high-rise resident engagement plan to help deliver building safety work.
• Looking at how we carry out consultation on new policies.
