Consultations and Surveys
We are committed to creating a culture that values resident involvement and provides meaningful opportunities for you to influence the delivery of our housing services.
Resident satisfaction surveys
We are always keen to hear your thoughts on how we are doing and we regularly carry out a number of satisfaction surveys to capture your feedback. We want to ensure that we provide a range of opportunities for you to share your views, so we may contact you by phone, email or text to ask you about your experience.
This important insight not only helps us measure our performance, but can also make a real difference to how we deliver the housing services you receive.
Most of our satisfaction surveys will be sent out following an interaction with a particular service, for example, when a repair has been carried out in your home, but there are some that can be completed at any time which are listed below:
Tenant Satisfaction Measures
We are working with Housemark, and an independent research company, to carry out quarterly surveys so that you can tell us how we are doing and where we can improve. This provides an opportunity for us to keep our tenants and leaseholders updated on the councils' performance in relation to the Regulator of Social Housing's (RSH) Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM). It also provides an opportunity to be transparent about our performance and to be clear about the measures that have been put in place to tackle issues that matter to you, such as damp and mould, repairs and the numbers of homes that meet the Decent Homes Standard.
This year, we conducted our annual tenant survey with 1,000 residents, gaining valuable insights to drive improvements and increase satisfaction. Thank you to everyone who participated - your feedback is key to shaping the services we provide. You can find more information about which tenant satisfaction measures have been set and how we are doing on the Tenant Satisfaction Survey page.
As tenants and leaseholders are randomly selected, not everyone will be invited to complete the survey but you can still share your feedback. To find out more about how to get involved in shaping the housing services we provide, you can register your interest through the link below.
