If you are struggling financially and cannot afford to pay your invoice in one go, please contact the leasehold income team. You can email them at leaseholdincome@stevenage.gov.uk.

Withholding payment

We do not recommend that you withhold your service charge payment. This would put you at risk of:

• Forfeiture (termination of lease)
• Your mortgage lender will be notified of non-payment/breach of the terms of your lease
• Risk of additional legal fees/debt collection fees.
