The Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS), has launched the first Leasehold Engagement Guide (sponsored by Wates Living space).

The Leasehold Engagement Guide is the only publicly available, free, best practice toolkit for leaseholders, and has been developed for use by local authorities, social landlords and leaseholders.

It sets out practical guidelines and examples of approaches that work, and is an excellent resource to help inform and improve discussions, decisions and outcomes.

We were part of the core working group which developed the guide.
