If you have bought your home under the Right to Buy (RTB) scheme, you can usually sell it whenever you like. 

However, if you wish to sell your home within the discount repayment period (within five years of purchase), you will have to repay some or all of the discount.

Under very exceptional circumstances we may decide to waive some or all of the Right to Buy discount repayable.
