- Tenant affordability checks and full current financial history of each potential tenant
- Right to rent checks
- Property checks - carried out by the Next Step Lets Team, to help prepare the property for let
- Viewing - accompanied or unaccompanied
- Photographic inventory, tenancy agreement and other legal documents
- 3, 6 and 9 month checks during first year of tenancy and follow-up checks as requested
- Exit inspections and deposit resolution
- Benefit support (if needed)
- Housing Advice - offering support and information with legal updates
