Fairlands Valley Park has an excellent space available for meetings, conferences and training.

Locations and facilities

With great views of the lake and an outdoor breakout area for good weather days, the meeting room has all the facilities you could need for a professional meeting. The room has a maximum capacity of 25 people and can be set up in a theatre style or for meetings.

It also has the following features:

  • Comfortable chairs
  • Water cooler
  • New lightweight tables
  • WIFI
  • Portable TV for presenting
  • Tea urn available to make your own or can use the café next door
  • Free car parking.

Room hire charges

Please note that the cost to hire the meeting room is by the hour.

  • Weekdays: £15 per hour
  • Weekends: £20 per hour
