Please note that a personal search does not provide all the information given on a full (LLC1 and CON 29) search.

Personal search appointments are booked 15-20 working days from receipt.

If you require a Register Search to be returned to you sooner, you can request an LLC1 (Official Certificate of Search Form). Please see our Local Land Charges Search  web page for information on fees and options.

It is the responsibility of the person carrying out the personal search to identify the land or property and to make any note of information held on the Register.

We do not have an obligation to answer any supplementary enquiries when a person is making a personal search.
