On street parking enforcement - parking fines

If you receive a PCN
Information about what to do if you receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
Do not ignore PCN's. They may carry extra penalties if not paid (or contested) promptly.
In order to qualify for a discount the payment must be received within 14 days.
PCN's can be paid:
- Online
- At the Council's Customer Service Centre, Daneshill House, via the ATM. As no change is given, the correct amount of money must be placed in the envelope.
- By post to: The Parking Office, PO Box 43, Buntingford, SG2 9WZ.
- By telephone: call 01279 502100 for credit or debit card payments.
