Stevenage youth council

Stevenage Youth Council was set up in 2001 with the support of the Council’s Community Development Team and the Hertfordshire County Council Youth Service.

The Youth Council are a group of young people aged 11 – 17 who live or go to school in the town and want to make a difference and benefit the young community. 

We meet every fortnight to discuss and debate issues that are important to us – the younger generation so if you’re a young person and have any nagging issues or something to shout about, then make your voice heard and come along to a meeting at Bowes Lyon House, St George’s Way from 4.00pm until 6.30pm
