Householder planning application forms
Householder planning application forms are available for householder developments eg: conservatories, side or rear extensions, garden shed etc.
Not all proposal of this kind require planning permission. For additional information the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) booklet Planning - A Guide to Households, provides some guidance - additional information can also be found through the Planning Portal. Alternatively please contact the Development Control team for further advice, or download the 'Residential Enquiry Form' below and once received by the Local Planning Authority, it can be determined whether or not planning permission is required.
