Street Smart
The new Street Smart service will help us deal with environmental issues quickly and efficiently.
You’ll see our environmental teams working in two new vehicles out in the community. You can report problems like broken glass in a playground and they will get to that particular part of Stevenage quickly and deal with it.
Whether it’s abandoned shopping trolleys in the town centre, full litter bins in a park or a missed bin collection in your street - our staff will resolve the problem for you.
Send us a text message to 60066. Include the appropriate key word from the list of 11 below, tell us exactly where the problem is, and we will deal with it.
- Bin - to report missed rubbish collections
- Branches - to report fallen branches
- Drugs - to report drugs paraphernalia like needles
- Flytip - to report materials that have been dumped
- Glass - for broken glass
- Graffiti - for graffiti
- Litterbin - over-flowing litter bins
