New Refuse and Recycling Collections
Changes to your Refuse and Recycling Service
From November 2010
From November, we will also be collecting your landfill waste on alternate weeks and we will be providing wheeled bins.
You will still have weekly collections and we won’t change the day that we collect. This simply means
- One week we will collect all your recyclable waste and
- The next week we will collect all your landfill waste.
Your participation in our household waste recycling schemes has helped to reduce the waste going to landfill from Stevenage. As we recycle more, we produce less non-recyclable waste and we don’t need to collect this as frequently.
